Some of these ideas can be done quickly, while others require more effort. They all aim to maximize the use of existing items.
1. Repurpose an old carpet to make a furniture slider
You can use this idea if you have ever had trouble lifting your bed, dresser desk or any other piece of furniture. Slide carpet under furniture legs and push it along the floor.
2. Repurpose a magazine to make a window protector
Use an old magazine to protect the windows from water damage. Simply wet the edges and rub them along the panes. This will prevent stains and make the paper adhere smoothly.
3. Repurpose an old gift card to mark seeds
